Description

As the Learning Experience Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a best-in-class learning experience across all Vertical Institute courses. From onboarding to graduation, you will ensure every learner receives not just a high-quality education, but also the support, tools, and touchpoints they need to succeed and stay engaged.

Responsibilities: Learning Experience Design & Optimization

  • Define what “great learning experience” means at Vertical Institute.
  • Design and optimise the learner experience across key touchpoints: onboarding, in-class engagement, post-course feedback, and alumni transition.
  • Collaborate with Admissions, Curriculum designers, and Growth team to ensure consistency across pre-course, in-course, and post-course experience.
  • Identify areas of friction in the student journey and propose solutions to improve class flow.
  • Work with the Admissions team to monitor learner sentiment and drive in-class improvements.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3–7 years of experience in instructional design, adult education, academic operations, or edtech
  • Strong understanding of teaching and learning best practices (esp. for adult learners)
  • Experience onboarding, managing, or training instructors/tutors/teachers
  • Experience in tracking metrics like: onboarding CSAT, NPS, dropout triggers, post-course engagement, % repeat enrolments, etc
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage quality across multiple courses and instructors
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and coaching abilities
  • Bonus: Experience at a training provider, university, or edtech company
