LEARNING EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST 12 MONTH FTC
Are you ready to continue to drive NFU Mutual’s learning strategy? We are a team of experienced Learning Experience Specialists who have already made significant strides in driving innovative learning within NFU Mutual and you will be joining and working alongside some of the best in the field to continue this vision.
As a Learning Experience Specialist, you’ll work in partnership with HR colleagues and business experts to design, develop, deliver, and evaluate innovative and commercially effective learning solutions. Your efforts will enhance the skills and knowledge of personnel, enabling the delivery of NFU Mutual’s learning strategy both now and in the future.
Creating engaging, high-quality blended learning experiences in-line with the learning strategy, you’ll collaborate with business subject matter experts (SMEs) and utilise innovative learning technologies to achieve business objectives. You’ll plan, design, communicate, and monitor the development and delivery of agreed learning solutions within the established timelines, ensuring they meet business deliverables, learning objectives and are aligned to the learning strategy. You will provide to the stakeholder regular progress reports against timelines and as required escalate risks to the Learning Manager. You’ll work closely with SMEs to understand the learning content and requirements scripting storyboards, developing porotypes and creating the final product, demonstrating commercial viability by delivering a blended learning solution. For those modules that are in person you will facilitate delivery, be it virtual or face to face.
Embracing continuous improvement, you’ll regularly review learning solutions to ensure they remain market-leading and accessible to all personnel, including those with neurodiverse needs.
