About the role: As one of two Learning Experience Specialists this role will see you responsible for designing, developing, and continuously improving engagement, accessibility and measurable learning experiences (digital, blended, and in-person) that life capability and on the job performance across a portfolio of our stores across all divisions. This role partners with SMEs and stakeholders to translate business goals into outcomes-based learning solutions aligned to adult learning principles and modern leaving design practices. You will join a Learning and Development team that are focused on looking at different ways to improve the delivery of learning and the performance of learning solutions and you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to continuous improvement projects along the way. Key accountabilities: Design and development of experience maps, learning journeys, and assessment strategies for digital, blended, and facilitator-led solutions for delivery by others. Implement new technical content promptly in response to operational changes, stakeholder feedback or new equipment or processes. Develop digital learning solutions using authoring tools. Configuration and LMS management – act as the LMS SME for corporate training, monitor completions and compliance reporting. Plan, coordinate, track and oversee execution of training programs. Design evaluations and capture evaluation data. Partner with internal stakeholders to analyse learning experience, accessibility and skill and knowledge gaps and recommend and deliver improvements. Compliance auditing. What you will bring to the role: A degree or certification in Instructional/Learning Design, Education, Human-Computer Interaction, Teaching Methodology or related field. 3+ years’ experience in Learning Design/Instructional Design/e-Learning Development or equivalent portfolio demonstrating end-to-end delivery. Proficiency with authoring tools (articulate 360 suite, Rise/Storyline; Adobe Captivate etc) and multimedia tools (Camtasia, Premiere Rush, Audition/Descript, Figma/Canva etc). Proven prior experience in adult learning principles, assessment design, and learning measurement (Kirpatrick or equivalent). experienced with LMS/LXP administration and SCORM/XAPI publishing (Cornerstone and LMS experience would be preferrable). Previous exposure to learning analytics, dashboards, automation and data storytelling for improvement. Familiarity with performance support. Experience designing compliance, safety, customer operations, or systems training. Understanding of inclusive design principles.
