    We are assisting a well-established training and education provider —part of a prominent private education group in Singapore—to hire a Curriculum Developer who is passionate about designing high-impact adult learning programmes.
    In this role, you will play a key part in creating learner-centric content that supports industry development and lifelong learning.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) or Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) is required .
  • Strong grasp of adult learning principles and curriculum development methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with experience in curriculum documentation and planning.
  • Prior experience in curriculum design or instructional development is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop engaging, outcomes-focused curriculums for adult learners in line with industry needs.
  • Collaborate with senior curriculum developers, instructional designers, and subject matter experts to co-create impactful learning experiences.
  • Review and enhance existing training content based on learner, trainer, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Ensure all curriculum materials meet educational quality standards and align with adult learning principles.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and training needs to inform new programme development.
  • Support curriculum documentation processes in line with organisational and regulatory guidelines.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing curriculum improvement initiatives.
