Description Summary Deliver blended, learner-centered training for car wash, convenience store (c-store), and home office employees, including hands-on repair & maintenance, systems instruction, sales & service coaching, and leadership development. This role plays a critical part in driving consistent performance, safety, and customer experience across locations. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training. Lead hands-on repair and maintenance workshops, manager-in-training programs, HR workshops, leadership development, and new-hire orientation. Teach and coach sales & service techniques (personal service, empathy, active listening, objection handling). Provide systems training (POS, HRIS, support ticketing, diagnostic tools). Deliver leadership and supervisory modules (coaching, feedback, scheduling, conflict resolution). Create and maintain lesson plans, SOPs, job aids, and assessments. Assess skill gaps and track training effectiveness using operational KPIs such as sales, conversion, retention, customer satisfaction, downtime, reviews, and secret shop scores. Mentor staff, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and manage training logistics and safety. Additional duties as needed. Requirements REQUIREMENTS: DEGREE Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a related field (education, training, organizational development) preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. REQUIREMENTS: EXPERIENCE 3+ years training delivery or facilitation experience preferred. Experience supporting hands-on operational, technical, or maintenance training preferred Sales and service coaching experience a plus Familiarity with Microsoft Office, POS, and CRM tools. Strong facilitation, communication, and instructional skills. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to field locations as required by the role REQUIREMENTS: PHYSICAL Ability to remain in a stationary seated or standing position for various increments of time Able to move about to access a variety of tools and office equipment Able to consistently operate a computer or other electronic device Able to ascend or descend a ladder, crouch or crawl Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, lift over head, twist and turn body when appropriate Must be able to communicate clearly through both verbal and written form Comfortable working in field conditions (outdoors, noise, grease, wet surfaces, confined spaces) when required.
