At Oxford Saïd, we deliver world-leading Executive Education that transforms senior professionals and organisations through cutting-edge, high-impact learning. We are seeking a Learning Innovation and Impact Coordinator to join our dynamic Learning Innovation and Impact team. This is a pivotal support role designed to embed innovative approaches to learning design and impact evaluation across our Executive Education portfolio.
You will work closely with both internal teams and a global network of faculty and contributors to coordinate initiatives, tools and frameworks that shape how learning is designed and delivered. You will help translate pioneering thinking into structured, scalable approaches – including supporting the use of emerging tools like generative AI – to enhance learning experiences and measure impact effectively.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Programme Directors, Academic Directors and Associate Fellows to embed best-practice learning design and impact strategies.
  • Support onboarding and engagement activities for our faculty and contributor community.
  • Assist in the implementation of generative AI-enabled tools and custom GPTs for programme design.
  • Contribute to design sprints and feedback loops to continuously improve innovation practices.
  • Organise project logistics, track progress and ensure effective communication across teams.

You will have proven experience coordinating educational programmes, design projects or innovation initiatives, along with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across diverse teams. Comfort with digital tools and a curiosity about emerging technologies – particularly generative AI – is essential, as is a collaborative, solutions-focused approach with a proactive mindset.
You must have the Right to Work within the UK as this position may not amount to enough points under the points-based immigration system in the UK.
