What you’ll do: Execute a learning data and insights strategy to measure impact and ROI, with the aim to progress us under the learning organization framework. Manage and enhance learning technology platforms, ensuring scalability and user experience. Define and implement a data and insights strategy for learning, including metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks. Conduct analytics and ROI evaluations for learning programs to inform continuous improvement. Develop and leverage dashboards and visualization tools for real-time learning performance tracking What we’re looking for: Proven experience in learning analytics, data strategy, and reporting frameworks Experience in knowledge management and governance infrastructure across Learning ecosystems.
