Are you a passionate Learning and Leadership Expert, with a strong track record in creating and executing engaging development programmes? Do you have a keen understanding of the impact of AI on the workforce, and are you able to translate strategic business needs into impactful leadership and up-/reskilling solutions? Responsibilities

In this key role, you will design and deliver impactful learning and leadership initiatives to empower colleagues during times of change. Your creative and attractive solutions will make learning at NN effective, inspiring, and fun. Collaborating with the Group L&D team and other disciplines, you help to create a strong learning and leadership development infrastructure to support colleagues’ growth.

  • You detect and translate overarching learning needs into impactful and engaging learning and leadership solutions, and up-/reskilling initiatives, in collaboration with colleagues, stakeholders and external vendors
  • You optimise existing learning offering to ensure it stays relevant and engaging, and remains aligned with our broader people development agenda
  • You help to introduce and embed the skills methodology within our organisation
  • Where needed, you create pragmatic guidelines, policies and processes, to ensure consistency across the Group
  • You help to further develop our Learning Management System (LMS – you preferably have Workday Learning experience) strategy and maintain cont(r)acts and relations with preferred L&D suppliers and learning platforms
  • Lead diverse medium to large-scale Learning/Leadership development projects involving multiple stakeholders and countries
  • Engage with HR leadership, Business Partners, and HR Directors to ensure project alignment and successful delivery
