QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years recent LMS administration experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills with SCORM/xAPI.

Desired: Experience with FHWA, DOT, or DoD programs.

• Provide best practices and technical guidance for uploading, deploying, and troubleshooting LMS content.
• Collaborate with ISDs and developers to ensure effective content deployment.
