Role Purpose The LMS Admin Specialist provides first-line Learning Management System (LMS) administration and learner support. This execution-focused role ensures accurate setup of courses, sessions, and assignments, delivers timely learner and facilitator support, and escalates complex issues to LMS Specialists or the LMS Lead. Key Responsibilities Provide first-line LMS support for enrollments, access, assignments, and rosters; escalate complex or systemic issues. Execute LMS administration tasks including course/session setup, roster management, evaluations, and standard communications. Run standard LMS reports and share insights with stakeholders. Upload and configure approved SCORM/xAPI learning content. Support live training programs by monitoring sessions, resolving access issues, and managing reminders/confirmations. Ensure adherence to governance standards and templates. Document recurring issues and contribute to continuous system improvements. Minimum Qualifications Full-time graduate from an accredited university (mandatory). 1–2 years of experience in LMS administration, learner support, or HR/learning operations. Hands-on experience with enterprise LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Workday Learning, SuccessFactors). Strong attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills. Clear and effective communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting global learners in shared services or customer support environments. Knowledge of SCORM/xAPI content management. Exposure to IT ticketing or case management tools. Experience working with standardized templates, governance frameworks, or SOPs.
