ONCALL TRAINING COLLEGE (OTC) AND DIVTEC TRAINING COLLEGE (DIVTEC) ARE REGISTERED TRAINING ORGANISATIONS (RTO) REGULATED BY AUSTRALIAN SKILLS QUALITY AUTHORITY (ASQA) AND HAVE BEEN SUPPORTING THE COMMUNITY THROUGH TRAINING FOR OVER 10 YEARS. THE RTOS PROVIDE SPECIALISED TRAINING IN COMMUNITY CARE, INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT, DISABILITY AND ALLIED HEALTH.

Reporting directly to the National Training Manager, in this role you’ll be responsible for overseeing the internal Learning Management System (LMS) as well the Student Management System (VETrak), ensuring excellent student and user experience, effective back-end operations, and seamless integration of business systems.
This role is offered as 0.8 FTE with the possibility of full time in future. This role can be based at our QLD, VIC or SA office.

Responsibilities
  • Administer, configure, and maintain Moodle LMS environment ensuring securing, performance, and system integrity.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to customise LMS features and integrate new content.
  • Monitor and report on LMS data (completion, learner engagement).
  • Support troubleshooting, system upgrades, and enhancements based on user feedback and business needs.
  • Configure, administer and maintain accurate student records in VETtrak (Student Management System).
  • Handle student enrolments, documentation, tuition fee payments, and assist with attendance tracking.
