Description Loch Harbour Group is seeking Learning Management System (LMS) Course Specialist to support the development, administration, and sustainment of Army Distributed Learning programs. The specialist manages LMS content, course delivery, user engagement, and training administration to ensure effective delivery of online learning. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain courses within the Learning Management System. Administer and manage LMS course delivery and user access. Manage content updates and course materials within the LMS platform. Support community engagement and user support within the LMS environment. Develop and sustain online training programs supporting Army Distributed Learning. Ensure LMS courses align with Army training requirements and system standards Requirements Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in: LMS course development LMS course administration LMS community engagement LMS content management Online training development Experience supporting Army Distributed Learning Systems. Clearance Must obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance. Required Blackboard Certifications The following certifications must be completed within 30 days of contract award: Army Blackboard 101 – Instructor Basic Training (10 hours) Army Blackboard 201 – Exemplary Course Design Training (14 hours) Army Blackboard 301 – Domain Administrator Training (4 hours) Blackboard Institutional Hierarchy Training (3 hours) Blackboard LCMS Interface to ATRRS Training (2 hours) Blackboard Certificate Management Tool Training (2 hours) Additional Requirements Blackboard is currently the primary LMS platform used by the Army. Personnel must complete any required training if the Army transitions to a different LMS platform during contract performance.
