SOFT SKILLS:

Technical skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, technology tools (related to learning), clinical operations, or a related medical/scientific field

Languages:

  • Strong English skills (verbal and written), ability to exchange fluently in a global environment
Responsibilities
  • Manage learner roles, groups and external learners:
  • Ensure the timely addition of learners to roles and groups that are linked with the required training curricula
  • Create in Sanofi Learning Management System profiles for groups of learners as requested, ensure assignment of correct roles and groups for training implementation
  • Manage the timely onboarding and offboarding of learners from roles and groups
  • Create learning objects/curricula:
  • Create Learning Objects in iLearn (Sanofi LMS) as requested by Training Project Managers/Training Contacts within clinical operations functions. These Learning Objects are included in the role-based compliance curricula and must align with the overall training strategy
  • Reporting:
  • Provide both standard and custom reports to support training completion and compliance monitoring. Reports are provided to line managers but may also be requested by Training Project Managers to track the implementation of training.
  • Ad hoc reports may be requested by line managers to provide details for specific activities or a group of learners
