Job Description As Learning Manager, you will be a role model for our Team Members. From day one, you will be involved in their journey preparing and monitoring individual development plans, organising training activities, and supporting them through learning and development opportunities.You will also support the Property Leadership Team with advice on how best to improve team member’s skills and capabilities in order to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Hotel Management. Minimum of 2 years work experience in learning function Experienced in adult learning or a similar environment Experienced in managing diverse cultures Experience in hotel operation is preferred Self-motivated with proven ability to deliver quality solutions within tight deadlines Strong facilitation skills and ability to deliver programs and present to audience Strong communication skills in English Strong in project management and process management, analytical and strategic thinking/decision making Detailed oriented, good execution and follow up
