- Estimated annual base pay: $108,000(minimum) - $135,000(midpoint) - $162,000(maximum)

We are seeking a strategic and passionate Learning Manager to lead the charge in designing and implementing comprehensive learning programs that align with our business objectives and enhance enterprise-wide capabilities. You will be responsible for identifying skill gaps, curating content, and collaborating with various departments to deliver impactful learning experiences. This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in program performance/learning consultation, vendor management, and learning program design. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Organizational Development & Learning, I/O Psychology or a related field preferred.
- Successful candidates with a degree will typically have 5 years of progressive experience in learning, talent development, or a related field.
- In lieu of degree, 10 years of progressive experience in learning, talent development, or a related field.
- Experience with learning technologies and vendors including: Workday, Seertech, LinkedIn Learning, and DDI.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning programs (e.g., upskilling/reskilling initiatives, early career development, rotational training, and onboarding).
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and talent management best practices.
