About the Role As our Learning & Organisation Development Systems & Support Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering seamless and engaging learning experiences across Summerset. Sitting within our People & Culture team, you’ll support the coordination, administration and systems that underpin our learning, development and engagement strategies. This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine system expertise, data and reporting capability, and excellent customer service to ensure our L&OD platforms are simple to use, fit for purpose, and deliver a great experience for our people. This role is based in Wellington. Your Day-to-Day Will Include: Coordinating face-to-face, online and digital learning events, workshops and assessments. This includes owning our monthly mandatory training cycle and acting as custodian of our orientation programmes. Managing end-to-end administration and coordination of L&OD projects, documentation and events, partnering across stakeholders and providers to ensure accurate delivery and compliance with audit requirements. Acting as the first point of contact for L&OD queries, ensuring queries are triaged appropriately and resolved in a timely manner. Supporting the operational management of the LMS, including, QA, curriculum structure, content management, enrolments and role access to ensure accurate reporting and a strong user experience Monitoring and reporting on enrolments, attendance, progress and completions across learning activities. Setting up and managing engagement surveys and annual company awards within relevant platforms, including system configuration and communications. Supporting the creation of reports, dashboards and insights to measure engagement, learning effectiveness, and progress against P&C and business goals. About You You’re organised, proactive and systems-savvy, with a genuine interest in supporting learning and development. You enjoy working behind the scenes to make things run smoothly and take pride in delivering a great experience for others. You bring a continuous improvement mindset and enjoy finding better ways of doing things. You’ll Also Bring: At least 2 years’ experience as an LMS Administrator (Totara or similar). Intermediate proficiency across the Microsoft Office 365 suite. The ability to troubleshoot system issues independently and in collaboration with IT, Shared Services and vendors. Experience supporting or administering multiple systems and platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong customer service mindset. Experience with Totara LMS and Peakon (or similar engagement platforms) will be highly regarded. A qualification in Human Resources, Adult Education, Learning & Development or a related field is desirable.
