Brief Job Description: The Learning Operations Senior Coordinator supports global learning operations by performing advanced LMS administration tasks and providing technical and customer support. The role involves working closely with analysts, SMEs, and other stakeholders to manage course deployments, user registration, and advanced system configurations. Key responsibilities include API and Postman tasks, ticket escalation handling, mailbox and external training management, and contributing to process improvements and QA activities. The coordinator also helps facilitate basic LMS workshops, supports documentation efforts, and may provide guidance to junior team members. Responsibilities: Perform basic API and Postman tasks Execute advanced LMS configuration and administration Handle super admin-level responsibilities Manage external training and mailbox support Perform basic QA processing Facilitate basic LMS workshops or training sessions Assist in technical writing and documentation Engage in stakeholder and escalation process management Apply advanced skills to resolve complex LMS issues. Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in LMS administration or learning operations Strong understanding of LMS configuration, user support, and content management Proficiency in using tools like Postman, Excel, and other technical platforms Familiarity with ticketing tools and escalation processes Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks under minimal supervision Effective verbal and written communication skills Experience facilitating training or workshops is a plus Business acumen and basic project management experience College diploma or equivalent experience Technical certification or coursework in related fields (preferred) Time Travel Required: None Physical & Environmental Demands: No Special Physical Requirements This role is on-site.
