In this role, as a member of our Learning & Organizational Development Team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our organization by delivering development opportunities that inspire meaningful and lasting change.
This position offers a competitive salary of $90,000 – $105,000, an annual bonus, 401(K) with company match, and medical benefits starting on day one. This is a remote position; however, candidates living within commuting distance to our offices in Coral Gables, FL, Fort Lauderdale, FL, or Horsham, PA, are expected to work on-site two days per month

In this role, you will:

  • play a critical role in learning and organizational development

  • affect change through the facilitation of leadership and interpersonal development courses and enterprise-wide OD initiatives
  • engage with employees at all levels of the organization to foster a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and work effectiveness

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual and in-person instructor led training
  • Provide virtual production support as part of a Facilitator/Producer virtual training model
  • Create self-paced independent learning curriculum paths through our LMS
  • Provide guidance/support to managers or our HR Business Partners on individual development plan training selections – both instructor-led and self-paced
  • Use adult learning theory and communication style assessments to customize the learning experience for course participants.
  • Provide report interpretation and feedback delivery of assessments
  • Collaborate on branding and design for L&OD learning content
  • Provide input on existing/future programs as part of the solution-focused Learning and OD Team
  • Support the design and creation of data collection processes
  • Assess the data received from our evaluation processes and interpret the impact of training and OD programs based on performance metrics.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive training resources, including facilitator and participant guides.
  • Create learning resources and promotional material on Canva
  • Provide facilitation and project support to our Manager, L&OD and VP, L&OD on a variety of OD initiatives as needed. (Examples include the expansion of our employee engagement and succession planning programs, the roll-out of our new leadership competency model, the creation and roll-out of our functional competency model and the enhancement of our internal coaching program.)
  • Provide support on additional Learning & OD projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Ability to use adult learning principles in both design and facilitation of training and discussion content
  • Ability to build rapport with business leaders/employees
  • Ability to teach, coach, and mentor both one-on-one and in a group setting
  • Ability to effectively communicate ideas, concerns, and questions to subject matter experts and other curriculum stakeholders
  • Ability to manage daily and weekly schedules effectively
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, etc.)
  • Proven competence and confidence in presentation and public speaking skills
  • Proficiency in using Zoom for virtual training and meetings, including setting up sessions, managing breakout rooms, and utilizing interactive features like polls and Q&A

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in leadership development, coaching, and training, with a minimum of 3 years working in a corporate or business setting
  • Ability to understand, explain, and apply adult learning theory during facilitation
  • Experience working with different levels of leadership
  • Strong facilitation skills to engage and inspire adult learners
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to articulate concepts clearly and effectively
  • Ability to conduct needs assessments to identify leadership gaps and development needs

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Ability to stay current with trends in leadership development and incorporate new methodologies
  • Flexibility to adjust programs and facilitation styles based on audience and changes in the business environment
  • Experience with psychometric tools (i.e., DiSC, 360 degree feedback, etc.)
  • Instructor Certification in Situational Leadership II or other Ken Blanchard training programs
  • Instructor Certification in Crucial Conversations or other Crucial Learning training programs
  • Instructor Certification in Wiley’s Everything DiSC suite of products
  • Experience with data collection and ROI capture
