Because you’re someone who loves to learn, enjoys people, and has a real heart to help, we encourage you to join us as a: Learning Platforms Administrator This is What You’ll Do Oversee the utilization of SuccessFactors Talent suite, ensuring the smooth launching and closing of processes. Administers the Cornerstone LMS, and other LXPs Organize learning content intuitively, user-centered, making it accessible to employees. Collaborate with HRIS and Learning Teams to integrate talent management processes and systems. Leverages user-centered design principles and Agile methodology. Act as subject matter expert to consult on system functionality, product roadmaps, and problem-solving. Launch and integrate new systems, testing and optimizing as needed. Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations. Maintain exceptional execution of the technology supporting learning programs and talent processes. Write and update knowledge base articles to support helpdesk. Process escalations in a timely manner as needed. Implement UX design principles to improve user interfaces. This is What it Takes Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or LMS/HRIS experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Learning or Talent systems administration. Proficiency in managing SuccessFactors Talent suite, Cornerstone or LMS. Strong understanding of system functionality, integration, and optimization. Experience with UX design principles and their application in system interfaces. Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and interpret performance metrics. Excellent planning and organizing skills to manage multiple tasks and projects. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with various teams and stakeholders. Proven experience in launching and integrating new systems. Ability to test, optimize, and ensure seamless integration of new technologies. Physical Requirements Do Satisfying Work.
