Be the leader of the product team and stakeholder management with business owners and stakeholders across all IKEA organizations. Lead the development and improvement of the learning portfolio related to IKEA’s supply and fulfilment. Make sure learning solutions match business needs and support co-worker development. Work closely with teams across IKEA to ensure learning reflects real-world challenges and opportunities. Take ownership of specific learning areas, working with your product team to keep content fresh, relevant, and impactful.
