Description

The European Solar Academy, led by InnoEnergy, is driving one of Europe’s most important missions: building the skilled workforce that will power our solar future. We bring together the best in training, industry, and policy to ensure skills match market needs, scale world-class learning across the solar value chain, and close critical gaps with content designed for real-world impact.
We are looking for a leader who can supercharge this mission — accelerating growth, expanding reach, and delivering measurable results. This is a fixed-term role, fully dedicated to the Academy, with a mandate to make a lasting impact before the project’s conclusion on 27 February 2027.
The successful contract will be employed up until the end of February, 2027 and leave will be included. There are certain other regional benefits depending on where the candidate is based.
If you want your work to directly shape Europe’s clean energy transition, this is where you make it happen.
