Florida SouthWestern State College is accepting resumes in search of a Learning Resource Teacher to join our Lee Collegiate High School team. The position supports diverse learners at FSW Collegiate High School (FSWCHS) and ensures full compliance with state and federal requirements. This role provides direct support to students, collaborates closely with teachers and families, and oversees all processes related to ESE services, IEPs, 504 plans, and ELL requirements.  This is a 196-duty day position on an annual contract. The ideal candidate will have: * Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education in Education or a related field.  * Valid Florida teaching certificate with ESE endorsement (or ability to obtain).  * Experience working with IEPs, 504 plans, and ELL compliance.  * Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
