The Learning Services Librarian plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality support to meet the evolving needs of students, staff, and stakeholders. This role focuses on assisting clients with complex information finding and searching, providing expert judgment in managing competing priorities, and ensuring effective outcomes in a fast-paced environment. The position contributes to fostering a collaborative, client-centered culture within the Learning Services team while working closely with colleagues across Library units and the University.
Reporting to the Library Learning Services Team Coordinator, this role provides indirect supervision and support to Library Learning Services Specialists, ensuring seamless and effective service delivery.
