Key Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of verified experience as an LSA, with proven experience supporting students on the autism spectrum.
• Certifications: Valid KHDA-approved LSA certificate (SEND / ABA background is highly advantageous).
• Demographic Preferences: Female candidate preferred; Filipino nationality preferred.
• Location: Based in Dubai with the ability to reliably commute to Motor City.
• Skills & Attributes:
• Patient, responsible, attentive, and proactive.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate seamlessly with school staff and parents.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver dedicated 1-on-1 academic, behavioral, and sensory regulation support throughout the school day.
• Assist with task comprehension, focus, and classroom participation.
• Encourage positive social engagement and communication with peers.
• Implement structured routines and positive reinforcement strategies aligned with the student's individual needs.
• Provide daily feedback on engagement, milestones, and areas requiring support.
