As a Learning Skills Advisor at TAFE Gippsland, you will play a pivotal role in supporting student success through tailored learning assistance to meet the needs of each individual student. Your work will involve delivering one-on-one and small group support, facilitating skill-building workshops, and contributing to the design of individual learning support plans. Whether it is helping students with time management, digital literacy, academic writing, or referencing, you will use evidence-based strategies to guide and empower students. Working closely with teaching staff and student support teams, you will ensure your services align with curriculum needs and foster independence and confidence in the students.
