REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Valid Preliminary or Professional Oregon TSPC License (or ability to hold prior starting) with the proper endorsement(s) and committed to keeping their license in good standing with TSPC.
  • Prefer teachers who have a strong support of a continuous learning model in the classroom for students and staff; support and believe that a system based on learning, as opposed to teaching, should be our systems focus; supports proficiency based learning and grading, and is willing to take risks.
  • Successful classroom experience desired.
  • Successful candidates shall demonstrate proficiency to communicate clearly and appropriately verbally and in writing in English. Bilingual skills (Spanish) are preferred but not required.
  • Must be flexible and willing to work in person, on campus and/or virtually.
  • Meet the District minimum physical requirements, basic skills, and/or health standards for the position.
