Description
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Learning Specialist to support our global learning initiatives across multiple business units. This role combines strong administrative skills with a genuine passion for learning and digital tools. The Learning Specialist will manage our corporate LMS (PULSE, based on SuccessFactors), support the use of LinkedIn Learning and other learning resources, coordinate global and local training campaigns, and contribute to the creation of basic learning content. Key Responsibilities • Administer and maintain the corporate LMS (PULSE – SuccessFactors), including user management, course assignments, reporting, and troubleshooting in collaboration with our external vendor. • Manage learning licenses and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Learning), ensuring effective utilization and reporting usage. • Support global learning campaigns by preparing and distributing newsletters, email communications, and other learning promotions. • Generate and analyze reports to provide insights on learning activities and participation across business units. • Assist in developing and curating learning content (presentations, simple e-learning modules, basic video editing, etc.). • Act as a point of contact for BGs L&D partners, supporting their initiatives and sharing global resources. Requirements Qualifications & Skills • 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR, or a related field. • Experience with LMS administration (SuccessFactors or similar) is a strong advantage. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn new digital tools. • Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken). • Self-starter with curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a global environment. • Self-starter with curiosity, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a global environment.
