Our optimism transforms outcomes. Job Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Learning Specialist to join our Talent Development team. The role focuses on planning, organizing, and coordinating training programs across the organization, ensuring seamless execution from scheduling to evaluation. The Learning Specialist will also support content management and help maintain a high-quality learning experience for all participants. Key Responsibilities 1. Training Coordination & Logistics Develop and manage the training calendar, coordinating with internal stakeholders. Handle the end-to-end organization of training sessions, including scheduling, invitations, room or platform booking, and follow-up. Ensure smooth delivery of both in-person and virtual sessions, resolving logistical or technical issues as needed. Track attendance and manage participant communications before and after sessions. 2. Enrollment & Administration Manage enrollment processes through our Learning Management System (Workday). Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of participant data, training hours, and completions. Support internal communication of training opportunities and encourage engagement across teams. 3. Content Management & Quality Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and trainers to develop, update, and maintain training content (presentations, guides, e-learning modules, etc.). Review materials to ensure they align with organizational standards, branding, and learning objectives. Support continuous improvement of training materials based on participant feedback and emerging needs. 4. Evaluation & Reporting Collect and analyze feedback and performance data to assess training effectiveness. Prepare regular reports on participation rates, satisfaction scores, and learning outcomes. Propose improvements to optimize training impact and learner experience. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development or training coordination. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency with LMS platforms (Workday), content creation tools (Genially) and MS Office tools. Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders. Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design is a plus.
