Join our team at Egypt Education Platform as a Learning Support Assistant (Co-teacher) for the Foundation Stage at Westview International Language School. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about early childhood education and are eager to support the development of young learners in a collaborative classroom setting. Key Responsibilities: Assist in delivering engaging and age-appropriate educational activities that promote holistic development in young children. Work alongside the lead teacher to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. Support children in both structured activities and free play, encouraging social interactions and cognitive growth. Help identify and address individual learning needs, providing tailored support to ensure every child can thrive. Maintain communication with parents and caregivers regarding student progress and development. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching strategies and support practices. Assist with classroom management, preparing resources, and maintaining an organized learning space. Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Experience working with young children in an educational setting is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, teachers, and parents.
