LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT - GRADUATE

A fantastic Secondary School in Ealing is seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant - Graduate to join their team - this is a full-time and long-term position, starting in September 2025. This is the ideal opportunity for Aspiring Secondary Teachers with a passion for education and a desire to work with high-achieving students.
The Head Teacher is keen to speak to graduates with strong academic backgrounds looking to develop further child-based experience - prior class-based experience is highly desirable! This Learning Support Assistant - Graduate position involves working with teaching professionals to assist students in the classroom, as well as in small intervention groups.
You will be responsible for working with students across KS3-5 in an academic capacity, working with experienced Teachers to target areas for improvement. As well as implementing personalised learning programmes for specific students on a 1:1 basis, you will also lead sessions centred around specific core areas of the curriculum and support Class Teachers in the classroom.
