About the Role:

We are looking for a *compassionate, responsible, and patient Male Caretaker / Learning Support Assistant (LSA)* to support children with special needs in their daily activities and learning environment.

The ideal candidate should be caring, attentive, dependable, and comfortable working with children who may require additional support.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide one-to-one support and assistance to children with special needs.

* Assist children with daily routines, activities, and personal care when required.

* Support children during learning, play, and social activities.

* Help maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment.

* Follow instructions and guidance provided by therapists and supervisors.

* Assist in implementing activities that support the child's development and independence.

* Communicate professionally with parents, therapists, and centre staff.

* Monitor and report any concerns regarding the child's behaviour, safety, or wellbeing.

Requirements:

* Male candidates preferred.

* Previous experience working with children, particularly children with special needs, is an advantage.

* Candidates with experience as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), Caregiver, Shadow Teacher, Special Needs Assistant, or Caretaker are encouraged to apply.

* Patient, caring, responsible, and physically capable of supporting children.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
