Key Responsibilities:

* Provide one-to-one support and assistance to children with special needs.

* Assist children with daily routines, activities, and personal care when required.

* Support children during learning, play, and social activities.

* Help maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment.

* Follow instructions and guidance provided by therapists and supervisors.

* Assist in implementing activities that support the child's development and independence.

* Communicate professionally with parents, therapists, and centre staff.

* Monitor and report any concerns regarding the child's behaviour, safety, or wellbeing.

Requirements:

* Male candidates preferred.

* Previous experience working with children, particularly children with special needs, is an advantage.

* Candidates with experience as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), Caregiver, Shadow Teacher, Special Needs Assistant, or Caretaker are encouraged to apply.

* Patient, caring, responsible, and physically capable of supporting children.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Candidates with their Own valid UAE visa are preferred.*
