The Supply Room are currently seeking a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join a school in the Exeter area on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. This position is well-suited for an individual who is empathetic, proactive, and willing to work with students with special educational needs (SEN).
As a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting students with challenging behaviour, fostering positive change, and promoting personal development. You will collaborate closely with teachers, SEN staff, and parents to establish a supportive learning environment for all students.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Confidence in managing challenging behaviour.
  • Ability to remain composed and level-headed in high-pressure, ever-changing scenarios.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive connections with students.
