LOCATION: DUBAI | DURATION: SHORT-TERM | POSITION TYPE: FULL-TIME

The Doris Duan Young Autism Center - DHCC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Male Learning Support Assistant to provide full-time academic and behavioral support to one of our male high school clients. This is a short-term role with a strong focus on individualized support within a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide academic support in various subjects to help the student catch up on classroom activities and tasks.
  • Collaborate closely with the school inclusion team to implement effective strategies and accommodations.
  • Understand and work with Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs).
  • Communicate professionally with parents, teachers, and supervisors on the student’s progress and support needs.
  • Follow instructions and guidance from the Supervisor/BCBA

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field
  • ABAT/IBT or RBT certification
  • 2–5 years of UAE experience in a learning support role
  • Prior experience working with IEPs and inclusion teams
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Must be on a valid own visa
  • Open for a short-term assignment
