Contract: Mon - Fri, 8:30AM - 3:30PM - Term Time Only
Salary: Final salary based on experience

REQUIREMENTS:

• An Enhanced DBS check demonstrating suitability to work with children and young people.
• Previous experience working with children or adults with additional needs.
• A relevant teaching qualification demonstrating your knowledge of effective teaching practices.
• Confidence in communication with the ability to effectively interact with students, colleagues, and parents.

• Actively engage in supporting students’ daily learning and developmental activities.
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students, offering guidance and assistance with classwork assignments.
• Participate in the continuous assessment, recording, and reporting of students’ progress.
• Ensure that all students experience a high standard of physical and emotional care.
• Assist with students’ personal care and medical needs as required.
• Collaborate with the class teacher to facilitate lessons both within and outside the classroom environment.
