About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced working with children or young people in a school, nursery, care, youth work, or similar setting
- Passionate about supporting children with SEND and making a positive impact
- Patient, caring, and resilient
- Confident supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Able to build positive, trusting relationships with children and young people
- A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a supportive team
- Eager to develop their knowledge and experience within SEN education
A qualification or degree in Psychology, Education, Health & Social Care, Childhood Studies, Criminology, or a related subject is desirable but not essential.
