Are you experienced in supporting students with SEMH and challenging behaviour? Do you want to make a real difference in a nurturing and supportive school environment?
We are working with an inspiring Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) that is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support their secondary students. The school focuses on helping young people with SEMH develop confidence, resilience, and a sense of purpose. With a small, close-knit community of staff and students, this setting feels like a true family. It is part of a highly respected Multi-Academy Trust, rated Outstanding by Ofsted, and operates on the principle that every student deserves the best possible chance at a successful education.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience working with young people with SEMH and challenging behaviour.
  • A caring, compassionate, and empathetic approach.
  • Ability to build strong, meaningful relationships with students.
  • Resilience and confidence in managing challenging situations.

Why work with us?

  • Continued support throughout your job search and beyond, even after securing a role.
