PRU MENTOR / TEACHING ASSISTANT – SECONDARY SEMH

Contract: Long-term
Pay: £100 per day (PAYE)

We are working with an inspiring Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) that is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support their secondary students. The school focuses on helping young people with SEMH develop confidence, resilience, and a sense of purpose. With a small, close-knit community of staff and students, this setting feels like a true family. It is part of a highly respected Multi-Academy Trust, rated Outstanding by Ofsted, and operates on the principle that every student deserves the best possible chance at a successful education.

• Experience working with young people with SEMH and challenging behaviour.
• A caring, compassionate, and empathetic approach.
• Ability to build strong, meaningful relationships with students.
• Resilience and confidence in managing challenging situations.
