LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT – FULL TIME (TERM TIME ONLY)

Start Date: September 2025
Hours: 32.5 per week (term time only)
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Dependent on experience
We are seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant to join our Inclusion Department, supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and diverse learning needs in a mainstream school setting.

• Support individual pupils and small groups across subjects and year groups
• Assist students on the SEN register, including those with English as an additional language
• Promote inclusion, self-esteem, and independence
• Provide feedback to students and staff on progress
• Support teachers in delivering differentiated learning and interventions
• Lead small group or 1:1 goal-based interventions
• Assist with behaviour management, safeguarding, and personal care when needed
• Cover lessons when required
