Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, or Classroom Support Worker is desirable but not essential.
• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to work as part of a team.
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s education and well-being.
• Knowledge of the UK primary curriculum or SEN support is an advantage.
