Veritas Education work with a variety of primary, secondary, and SEN schools across London and the surrounding areas, providing quality teachers and support staff for long-term, short-term, permanent, and daily supply roles. We partner with state, private, and independent schools, building strong, trusted relationships with our clients.
We are currently seeking an experienced SEN Learning Support Assistants for schools in Hertfordshire. Roles are full-time, term time only, and to start in September 2025. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students with special educational needs.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be working with students with a range of special educational needs and learning difficulties, providing tailored support to help them achieve their potential in both academic and personal development. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate and proactive approach, with experience supporting students with SEN in an educational setting.

    Veritas Education work with a variety of schools covering a wide geographical area. We deal with teaching placements at Primary, Secondary and college level as well as support staff positions also within these.
Responsibilities
  • Supporting SEN students on a 1:1 basis
  • working proactively to help students achieve their attainment levels
  • encourage students to engage proactively with their learning
  • helping to provide a safe environment for children to learn.
