Join Our Team as a Learning Support Assistant!
Work with curriculum Tutors and the ALS team to provide support for individuals or groups of students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities.
Are you passionate about empowering young people with additional learning needs? We’re seeking a compassionate, proactive Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated Additional Learning Support (ALS) team. In this rewarding role you’ll make a real difference by providing consistent, tailored support to named students within curriculum areas.
You’ll work closely with curriculum staff and ALS Tutors to ensure each student’s academic, emotional and social needs are met. From breaking down classroom tasks to supporting with organisation, behaviour or even personal care, you’ll play a vital role in helping students build independence and confidence.
We’re looking for someone who understands inclusive education, values student voice and can support diverse learners with empathy, clarity and professionalism. You’ll contribute to reviews, develop SMART targets, and advocate for students as needed.
