Location: WS Training Supported Learning Centre
Contract Type: Term Time Only
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm (32.5 hours per week)
Salary: £24,589.50 FTE (Salary will be pro rata based on 32.5hrs per week, term-time working)
Driving Licence: Essential

• Provide high-quality support to young people and adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and behaviours that challenge.
• Work alongside tutors and our student support team to help learners achieve qualifications and life skills.
• Encourage independence by celebrating what each learner can do.
• Build positive, respectful relationships that promote dignity and personal growth.
• Support learners both in and out of the classroom.
