ABOUT US

Coventry College is a dynamic Further Education provider at the heart of the city, offering high-quality vocational, technical, and professional education to learners of all ages, from Entry Level to Higher Education. Since forming in 2017, we’ve been committed to helping individuals transform their lives and supporting businesses to grow—strengthening the communities we serve. Our ambition is to help young people and adults to aspire to change their lives and those of their families. Through strong partnerships and a responsive, inclusive curriculum, we strive to deliver excellence in teaching and learning that evolves with industry needs and puts learners and employers in the best position for success. Recent investments in facilities, including electric vehicle tech, construction, and digital skills, ensure we stay at the cutting edge of industry needs.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our team in a key business support role. You will play an important part in helping the College run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall learner and staff experience.
Whether supporting students, staff, systems, or services, you’ll bring a positive approach and a strong focus on customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking college where your skills and contribution are truly valued.
Are you an experienced practitioner who could provide learning support to students presenting with complex SEMH and behavioural needs.
Are you able to develop and use personalised strategies that optimise learning for students of all abilities?
If so, we have exciting opportunities for Learning Support Practitioners to join our ALS team, part of our wide-ranging Learner Services team. In this pivotal role you will provide support to students with additional needs enabling them to achieve success on their chosen programme of study and take their next steps into further learning, work or training. The role may require you to support learners in all Curriculum areas across the College.
