You’ll manage accurate reporting and analysis, maintain high-quality people and training data, and partner with the People team to enable informed decision-making. A key focus will be managing multiple learning platforms, including user administration, license tracking, and technical troubleshooting, while ensuring digital learning content aligns with best practice and organisational branding. You’ll also contribute to designing and delivering learning programs that build organisational capability and foster a strong learning culture. This includes creating eLearning modules, supporting induction projects, and driving improvements in learning systems and processes. If you’re digitally savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about enabling growth through data and learning, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact. In this role, you will bring: Tertiary level qualification in a relevant discipline Advanced Microsoft skills – primarily in Excel Strong communication and interpersonal skills that will help you build effective relationships across the business Experience in user management and technical administration of learning systems such as LMS and Workday. Proven experience with the development of eLearning, video editing and media production.
