MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience AND Bachelor’s degree.

OR

  • Equivalent combination of education and work experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Canvas Administration in a Higher Education setting experience.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for daily configuration and maintenance of UAGC’s custom course copy and curriculum revision processes within the LMS Canvas.
  • Provide ongoing support with technical integrations and vendor escalations and resolutions.
  • Assist in the deployment of new technical features including documentation, testing support, and end-user training.
  • Proactively formulate ideas and provide recommendations for system and process enhancements, driving continuous improvement.
  • Assist with UAT testing of new functionality and system upgrades within the LMS.
