SUMMARY:

The Learning Technology Documentation Specialist is a member of the Learning and Innovation team, playing a key role in ensuring smooth operations, effective use of tools, and continuous improvement of processes. This individual plays a critical role in driving efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation in the use of learning technology within the organization. They are responsible for creating and maintaining documentation that facilitates the use of learning technology tools, as well as developing and optimizing processes to maximize the impact of these tools. Collaboration, communication, and a deep understanding of both learning technology and online course development processes are essential for success in this role.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in the field of learning technology.
  • 3+ years experience in documentation, technical writing, business analysis or related field.
  • Professional experience in higher education is preferable.
  • Experience developing and maintaining documentation artifacts such as process guides, technical instructions, release notes, business requirements, and job aids.
    Preferred Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
