You’ll oversee the rollout of a new Virtual Learning Environment, support the design of engaging online and blended programmes with curriculum teams, and lead learner-centred training and onboarding initiatives for staff. With a strong focus on quality and impact, you will monitor system performance, gather stakeholder feedback, and use data to inform improvements. You will also manage external partnerships, evaluate emerging technologies, and work closely with the Head of IT to ensure all systems align with College infrastructure and strategic goals.
