Ability to supervise, motivate and evaluate the work of assigned staff;
Ability to plan, schedule, and conduct orientations, meeting, trainings, and public presentations;
Ability to build and maintain effective and professional working relationships with employees, Salvation Army officers, volunteers and the community;
Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to be approved to drive a Salvation Army vehicle;
Maintain updated KeepSAFE child and vulnerable persons training;
Maintain updated CPR and First Aid training;
Maintain necessary OCCRRA trainings and professional development requirements; Must complete a “Webcheck” fingerprint background check, the expense of which will be reimbursed by the Kroc Center after 90 days.
