Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage lease contract administration, including data input into the SAP HANA system.
  • Prepare and archive legal and administrative documents related to leasing.
  • Ensure completeness of documents for routine reporting to PPATK.
  • Coordinate with various parties, internal (Legal, Finance, Project) and external (tenants).
  • Prepare monthly leasing reports, including contract status, renewals, and terminations.
  • Assisting with internal and external audits related to leasing documents.
  • Support other leasing administrative activities as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Office Administration/Finance/Accounting or related field, preferably a graduate of Finance Accounting or Computerized Accounting.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in administration (preferably in leasing or property).
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and ERP systems (preferably SAP HANA) or finance.
  • Attention to detail, organized, and able to work under pressure.
  • Have good communication and coordination skills.
  • Understanding the basics of contract law or legal documents is an added value
  • Willing to be placed in BSD City.
