As a key member of the Stampede Leasing Ltd. team and reporting to the Lease Manager, the Lease Administrator will work with the Leasing department, representing a world-class leader in the automotive industry.
Stampede Leasing Ltd. is seeking our next great team member to join our team as a full-time Lease Administrator at our location in Calgary.

SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Lease Manager, the Lease Administrator will manage lease documentation, maintain accurate records, assist customers, process payments, and support the leasing team to ensure smooth and compliant lease operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or finance is preferred.
  • Previous experience in leasing administration, finance, or a related field is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in leasing software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with financial principles and leasing regulations is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Prepares, reviews, and processes lease agreements and related documentation.
  • Maintains accurate records of all lease transactions, customer information, and payment histories.
  • Assists customers with lease-related inquiries and provides information about payment options and terms.
  • Processes customer payments and updates lease accounts accordingly.
  • Monitors lease portfolios for payment schedules, renewals, and terminations.
  • Collaborates with the finance team to ensure timely payment processing and account reconciliation.
  • Assists in conducting credit checks and verifying customer information for lease approvals.
  • Prepares reports on lease activity, including outstanding balances and payment status for management review.
  • Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements and dealership policies related to leasing.
  • Supports the leasing team in administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and maintaining files.
  • Stays informed about leasing trends and regulations to assist with policy updates.
